theBlacBox is a personalised subscription box that includes a range of products tailored to your profile. Inside your BlacBox, you’ll find at least 6 products for skincare, haircare and beauty.

All products are sourced from up & coming or well-known black-owned brands around the world! 🙌🏾

To subscribe, head to our subscription page, choose your payment schedule, click ‘Add To Basket’ and fill out the checkout details. That’s it!

Your BlacBox costs 350dkk (£40 / €46). You can choose to spread your payments for 175kr (£20 / €23) each month, or pay in full every other month!

Our subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Of course! Our subscription is non-binding, so you are free to cancel anytime! From the day your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be charged from theBlacBox. The last BlacBox you receive will be the last one you paid for before terminating your account.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and ending (or pausing) your subscription. Or, you can contact us at hello@theblacbox.co.

Questions about products:

Absolutely! This is our #1 priority at theBlacBox where we treat every subscriber as an individual. 

Create your beauty profile and tell us your skin tone, skin type, hair type and hair style, so we can choose the right products for you.

Questions about subscription payments:

As soon as you sign up for a subscription, we will deduct payment for your first BlacBox. Subsequent payments are deducted according to the schedule you choose (either monthly, or bi-monthly).

Once you’ve subscribed, your next payment will be deducted on the 1st of every month, or the 1st of every 2nd month – depending on the payment schedule you have chosen.

You can always cancel your order before your first BlacBox is delivered. Once delivered, you can request a refund for up to 14 days after you receive your BlacBox. You can read more about refunds here.

We’ve all been there! Unfortunately, this means you will not receive your next BlacBox. 

If you are unable to pay for your BlacBox when you first subscribe, your subscription will also not be activated.

Questions about delivery:

Your first BlacBox will be shipped after full payment has been received. 

If you chose bi-monthly payments, your first box will be shipped within 2 working days. If you chose monthly payments, your first box will be shipped after your second payment on the 1st of the following month.

Boxes are reserved at checkout once your first payment has been received.

Your next BlacBox will be delivered on the next edition month that applies from the schedule below.

New BlacBox editions are created in January, March, May, July, September & November.
